Belinda Baker began work for Grier, Reeves & Lawley, P.C., in November of 1986 as a staff accountant and was admitted as a shareholder in July of 1998. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texarkana Chapter of CPAs, the Arkansas Society of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. Belinda’s specialties are trusts and estate planning.
Although she was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, Belinda grew up in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She was an honor graduate from Arkadelphia High School and was awarded the Birkett-Williams Scholarship to attend Ouachita Baptist University. In May of 1986, she graduated magna cum laude from OBU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and ranked fifth in her graduating class. While attending OBU, Belinda was a member of Alpha Chi Honor Fraternity and Phi Beta Lambda Business Fraternity.
Belinda is married to Richard Baker who is originally from Prescott, Arkansas. Rick is employed as head junior high football coach and head senior high track coach in Nashville, Arkansas. Belinda and Rick attend Sugar Hill United Methodist Church where Belinda serves as chairman of the finance committee. The Bakers reside in Texarkana, Arkansas.
